Data Deletion Instructions
At NexCraftAI, we are committed to ensuring that your data is handled securely and transparently. If you wish to delete your data, please follow the steps below:
Steps to Request Data Deletion:
- Step 1: Terminate your agreement with NexCraftAI. To do this, send an email to info@nexcraftai.com with the subject "Agreement Termination Request" and provide a detailed reason for termination.
- Step 2: Our technical team will review your request and check for any pending dues. If there are outstanding payments, you will be notified to clear them before proceeding with data deletion.
- Step 3: Once the agreement is terminated and no dues are pending, your data will be permanently deleted from our database within 15 working days.
Alternative Option:
If you wish to retain your data for future use, we can disable your account instead of permanently deleting your information. This allows you to resume services with us in the future using the same data.
Important Notes:
- Data deletion is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- If your account is disabled instead of deleted, you can reactivate it by contacting our support team.
- For compliance and legal purposes, some data may be retained as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Apps and Data Access:
Applications accessing user data must comply with data deletion requirements. If your app collects user data, you can satisfy this requirement by providing either a data deletion request callback or clear instructions for data deletion. Contact our team for any app-related data deletion queries.
